The RAM-B-149Z-C1U consists of a zinc coated u-bolt base, standard size double socket arm and universal 1/4 INCHES -20 thread, centered on a 2.5 INCHES diameter plate. The male 1/4 INCHES long, 1/4 INCHES -20 thread in the middle of the 2.5 INCHES diameter plate will connect to the standard female thread found at the bottom of most still and video cameras. Included in this package is hardware that will accommodate rails from 0.50 INCHES to 1.25 INCHES in diameter. The base includes black cover caps to be placed over the exposed ends of the u-bolt. The included composite rail adapter can narrow the rail to a minimum width of 0.5 INCHES .
