SMG’s Auxiliary Fuel Systems provide the additional fueling capacity required when chasing serious horsepower — whether boosted or naturally aspirated. Fully compatible with gasoline and alcohol-based fuels, these systems integrate seamlessly in-line with your existing factory fuel system for a clean, factory-like installation. (Naturally aspirated setups may require additional parts or a custom activation circuit.)

Our systems use ultra-reliable and serviceable Hobbs activation — no proprietary or failure-prone controllers. Designed to integrate with your factory fuel system, each kit includes fittings engineered for proper compatibility with OEM fuel pressure regulators.

Every SMG kit includes:

• Genuine Walbro inline fuel pump, supporting up to 800 HP on gasoline.

• Laser-cut, vehicle-specific brackets (where applicable).

• Plug-and-Play wiring harness using high-quality, weatherproof North American components (Honeywell or equivalent).

• Anodized aluminum fittings for corrosion resistance.

• Double-braided synthetic hose (Kevlar Aramid over stainless) – 100% ethanol safe.

• Teflon-based fuel-safe sealant included.

Drilling of the factory fuel tank is required (3/8” NPT tap and 37/64” drill bit not included).

Ordering and Support

Each SMG system is assembled to order — please allow 3-5 business days for shipment.
Tuning is required. These systems significantly increase fueling capacity, which can confuse OEM fuel control logic. Consult a qualified tuner before installation. No tuning advice is provided by SMG.

Warranty and Liability

SMG products are designed for DIY-friendly installation; however, our Lifetime Warranty applies only to systems installed by verifiable commercial installers.
All systems are tested prior to shipment. Damage from improper installation, misuse, or external causes is not covered.
